We send emails to our dealers with the Leads we collected from Marketing campaign that happened to be in the territory of the dealer. We do not have ways of collecting the results of the lead qualification and conversion rate
Challenge Idea description :
Realise a mini portal where a dealer who has received an email can provide simple feedback on the lead (either closed + reason why – or Converted + value generated) and where this feedback is automatically updating the lead in C4C as closed or converted. No need for access security security, if the dealer has the email link, he/she can update the feedback.
