20 May SAPience Hackathon: Corona Style
Well that’s a bit special. Normally a hackathon gets your adrenaline levels up by being in a packed room with a bunch of geeks that are getting increasingly excited by the hefty challenge ahead. Now it was a couple of people scattered over Flanders staring at a pc screen…
Luckily, we still have the hefty challenge in front of us and a dream team to get us exited! We searched the Flexso realm and gathered an amazing team: BTP wizards Dries & Maarten, C4C magicians Jens & Gunter, Master Architect Nicolas, Design Guru Anouk, and I’ll try to help with the UX.
We’re going to create an app that will guide distributers & dealers of Atlas Copco towards new leads and stimulate them to provide some feedback on it! After an inspiring call with Atlas Copco’s representatives we got a grasp on the complexity and the scale of the solution. Atlas Copco’s size and ominous presence around the world provides us with a decent challenge on the UX & UI end. Making sure we create a fast and clean integration between the application and the C4C system calls for the use of SAP’s Business Technology Platform. Leveraging the capabilities of the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model we are convinced we can “hack” the optimal application.
First things first – Get familiar with the challenge by writing some user stories, creating some persona’s & have a look at the data.
